Your first appointment will get you well acquainted with the HOCATT and you will be guided through the entire process. Before your HOCATT session begins, you will get a chance to sit in the chamber to assess your seat position, discuss your essential oil of choice and simply get you up to date with what to expect.
Once any questions you have are address, you will undress (in private) and enter the HOCATT room draped in a towel with your bathers or preferably cotton underwear underneath. Your completely privacy is respected while you step into the HOCATT chamber and are seated. The doors will close once in position, allowing your head to be exposed and a nasal canula will be positioned for you to breathe in pure humidified oxygen during the 30 minute HOCATT cycle.
The HOCATT cycle begins, allowing all the amazing HOCATT features to be controlled and adjusted based on your needs. This is the great part, 30 minutes to relax and unwind while the body is busy detoxing, burning calories and working hard to fine tune every system and cell in the body.
Once the cycle ends, the ozone destruct unit will draw out all the ozone in the chamber, allowing the doors to be opened for you to step out, dry and re-dress. Light, loose clothes are recommended for comfort. Your skin will be amazingly clean and “ozone messengers” or Lipid Oxidation Products will still be present on the skin doing their work. For this reason it is advised to avoiding showering for 2-7 hours post your HOCATT treatment.
Due to the strengthening of the immune response, this technology works well as a supportive therapy to many illnesses including co-treatment during cancer care and management.
